Introduction By Webmaster

Against all advice and supposed rules for being a webmaster trying grow, create a brand and monetize my art and writing keeping an e-mail list is apparently a must. In that case I suppose destiny will fail my efforts because at this point there are no plans for spam or mass e-mails. Maybe someday if there is purpose or for some reason the public demand it. Please do let me know if you want more of me in your life and I will send my funky art vibe to the inbox also.

Otherwise just want to make it clear all of the below brand outreach is to share art, activism, grow community and find a way to exist self sufficiently retaining my genuine self. I am an artist not a businessman so please sign up for mailing list to be part of community and keep connected. Good chance there will never be an e-mail, but if I make it somehow and the art grows large.

If I make a million be on that list because my awesome crew of supporters and fans will be having a big party. If not please know you are appreciated. If ever any requests for anything I have power to help with including removal of pictures, questions, criticisms, positive comments or someone to talk to please reach out.

Just please be over 18 years of age or we cannot converse at all. Apologies but doing so is inappropriate and illegal. It is not exactly the same but emergency resource numbers will be placed on age verification page entering site. Please use those numbers if necessary they saved two suicidal young men on separate occasions who contacted me.

Solution is within the beautiful strength we endure growing up kinky, independent, unique and in my case a straight up long winded, overt libido creative freak. Be yourself, fuck all the bullies (including social media) and know you are not alone so get whatever help needed to thrive. If it is that important reach out to me when you are over 19. Not a typo.

At this point I, Jesse Hendricks owner of all the above domains does not personally collect or look at any information required for all of the process’s mentioned below. Yet these processes are good to be aware of because of being universal across websites. By the way cookies are not bad at all (it took me way too long to figure that out =) Also please take note that there is no monetization of any media on my websites unless it is of my photography, art or self. Thank you

My policy is to take down any request no questions asked just the location on website will assist in prompt immediate removal of supposed infringement of copyright unless there is proof of fraudulent claims. A persons word in good faith is good for me to act and take down. I would also like to provide information to assist those who would prefer a more aggressive approach to civil. Legally the person making claims must physically in writing provide:

  • a physical or electronic signature from the owner or the owner’s authorized agent
  • identification of all copyright works which have been infringed
  • where to find the information on the website that should be removed
  • contact information so that you can contact the complaining party
  • a statement from the complaining party as to its good faith belief that use of the copyright work has not been authorized
  • a statement that the information included in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to submit the notice to you

In December 2016, the Copyright Office issued a final rule governing the designation of agents to receive notifications of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
